
Trisha Shershberger is a native of the U.S. and is an online/TV personality. She is best known for her work on the YouTube channel, SourceFed. Hershberger was born and raised in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Hershberger was an Archdiocesan Scholarship recipient at Gwynedd Mercy Academy. She also received a full academic scholarship to DeSales University, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Theater Arts and a minor in Theology. When she was growing up, she sought jobs in film, theatre and television, host, and even modeling. Hershberger began her entertainment career at the age of 5 and was a part of local and small theatre productions. After university, Hershberger did some commercial work and interned with the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Following graduation in 2005 Hershberger was able to leave Pennsylvania to pursue an entertainment career at Los Angeles, California. Hershberger was first introduced to the internet during this period, appearing in a number of YouTube channels like IGN, Fandom Smosh Rhett and Link TheFineBros Nerdist and several others. Hershberger first made a breakthrough in the world of internet with the announcement that, in the month of March, 2012 she had been recruited to DeFranco Creative and Business Inc. to host for SourceFed. Hershberger and the other co-hosts of SourceFed received the Series of the Year Award (Audience Choice Award) at the 3rd Annual Streamy Awards. The subsequent year, they won named the Best news and Culture Series during the 4th Annual Streamy Awards.
