Growing up in Pennsylvania Molly was a professional actor in the age of thirteen, at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. She was then nominated as an Barrymore Award nominee for her part as Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. The actress reprised the role in her Broadway debut at the age of 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for an Drama League Award. Molly played the role in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Then she attended Princeton University where she was an active member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with the degree of a B.A. In Religion. Also, she appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly's acting career continued after her graduation with several Off Broadway productions, including them End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked as a TV actress as a character in Royal Pains as well as the HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly is a regular in regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington the Stage Company and the NSH Music Theatre's production in 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly was a part of several regional productions including The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production. The play in which she played the teenager daughter Ali.
